A Bit About Me

Holistic Coach, Design Strategist, Change Agent, Dreamer

I help high-achieving, mid-career women transition from being "everything to everyone" to being authentic to themselves. After more than 15 years leading design strategy and organizational change for large-scale enterprises, I'm returning to my roots  - holistic coaching with a unique edge. I’ve spent over two decades observing how systems function and creating solutions to make them work more effectively; now, I'm applying the same principles to the most important project of all: Your Life. Along the way, I also obtained my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification, with focused study in mindfulness, meditation, and wellness.

I also provide consulting services to clients across multiple sectors with a focus on strategy, service design, communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and wellness.
