Qualitative and quantitative research and innovative solution design for Veteran job seekers and those who support them. The project emphasized trauma-informed methods to ensure safety, trust, and foster empowerment while preventing re-traumatizing participants. The project was expanded to provide strategic planning support to establish the department's CX capability.
